Use of Our Services
By accessing our services, you agree not to:
- Misuse our designs, materials, or contractor resources
- Interfere with work progress or safety protocols
- Provide inaccurate project information
Payments & Billing
Full or partial advance payments may be required before project start.
Invoices must be cleared before handover of completed work.
Delayed payments may pause or extend project timelines.
Service Warranty
Warranty applies only to:
- Eligible materials provided directly by Smarter Living Nest
- Approved installation & repair services
- Does NOT cover mishandling, misuse, or external damage
Liability Limitations
Smarter Living Nest is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as weather, structural deficiencies in the property, or third-party interference.
Termination of Services
- We may suspend services for violation of terms.
- You may cancel services anytime before project execution.
- Refunds (if any) depend on project phase.
